Company Profile:
A medium-sized IT Consulting Company that works with clients to make IT a complete managed service.
The Challenge:
This Consulting Company, utilizing an outsourced auto attendant, was growing rapidly. Cory was engaged to help determine the best solution to meet their growing requirements. Being an IT firm, the Company was concerned about allocating their own precious dollars towards hardware based PBX solutions that would become technologically obsolete within the foreseeable future. In addition, the Firm desired to have calls segmented and directed to different employees and or locations based upon the type of call received. Lastly, because of the communicative nature of their business, the Company needed phones that would support quality conference calls.
The Solution:
By engaging Cory Communications, the Company was able to identify and procure a new-hosted VoIP solution. Using one of Cory’s trusted providers, they purchased Polycom High Definition phones and deployed a Hosted Telephony solution that:
- Allowed them to retain all of their current phone numbers in addition to adding numbers in the other states that they operate in.
- Worked with the Provider to mirror the phones on the latest VoIP iPhone application. Consequently, all employers are able to use their iPhones to connect to company networks just as if they were at their office desk.
- Reduced their monthly expenditures by eliminating costly POTS line service and the high priced, outsourced auto-attendant.

- Allows for ease when adding new employees to their existing account. Also, new phones are only purchased when needed.
- Created a system where clients have often commented on the ease of reaching appropriate parties.
