The Challenge:

The organization was a start up firm who’s principals had just left a larger practice. The partners telecommunications services in the past were handled by the firm and they were concerned with giving their clients the personalized service they were accustomed to while still utilizing the latest technology.

The Solution:

The organization engaged Cory Communications to help purchase the telephone lines, phone system, and high speed internet access. Cory’s solution included the procurement of a small IP PBX with a robust voicemail platform. This allowed the firm to lease some unused space to another attorney, enabling that attorney to use the existing phone system while still maintaining autonomy. Low cost DSL was provided for internet access and phone service was delivered over traditional phone lines, but utilizing the least cost routing feature of the phone system to take advantage an unlimited calling program.
