Manage faxes through your email system
To send faxes, virtually all common document files, spreadsheets and graphic image files are automatically converted to outbound faxes with cover sheet (if desired).
Incoming faxes are automatically sent to your email box as an Adobe PDF or TIFF attachment. Local or toll-free inbound numbers are provided, or you can keep your existing fax number. Faxes are automatically stored for 30 days. You can access your faxes along with your email when you are away from the office.
There is no proprietary software to load, you can keep your existing fax number and there is live customer support to help you 24/7.
Reduce the cost of document generation/printing
Fax2Mail automatically reduces the number of documents that are printed since the documents may be retained in electronic files for up to 30 days. There is proof of receipt of the document and it won't be misplaced.

If a local number is not available in your area you can choose a "1-866" toll free number for no extra charge. To do this, just select "Toll-Free" from the "Region" drop-down menu.
